You are welcome to use any of our services below, even if you are not going to go ahead and publish with us.
Proof Reading
Once your work is complete, we offer a proofreading service to check over spelling, grammar and punctuation in your work. An essential service for any author.
£150 standard. Books under 100 pages are discounted.
Editing
More than just a proofread, this service can help you to remove content that is redundant, re-order content that is not flowing well and add more to your work.
£250 - £500 average cost.
Sensitivity Reading
An essential service for the modern age, after a standard edit, we look for perceived offensive content, stereotypes and bias.
£150 standard.
Illustration
Our illustrators can work with you to create unique images which will enhance your work or we can provide an illustration package of basic images.
£250 - unique work. £100 - standard packs.
Cover Design
The most important first impression is your book cover. We will work with you to make sure it attracts the right audience for your work and really stands out.
£200 standard.
Website Design
Website design is an optional extra, as all authors published by Oak Press will automatically be featured in our blog and on our website..
£200 - £350 setup + £20 monthly.
